Why Transforma Solutions Exists

After 25 years working with global teams, we saw the same pattern repeat: strategy without execution, ambition without method, and transformations that looked great on slides but never reached the frontline.

That’s why in 2018, we established Transforma Solutions to bridge the gap between vision and action. We exist to help organizations stop guessing and start operating with precision, speed, and purpose, turning complexity into clarity and ideas into lasting results.

Meet the Founder

Rolando Isaac González E.

Global strategist. Process architect. Relentless builder of operational clarity.

Rolando González has spent over two decades helping organizations stop improvising and start operating with structure, speed, and purpose.

Early in his career, he found himself in the middle of broken workflows, inefficient processes, and rising operational pressure, and was given one mission: make things work. Armed with curiosity, structure, and sheer determination, Rolando rolled up his sleeves and began turning chaos into clarity.

What began as hands-on problem-solving evolved into a global calling.

Over the past two decades, Rolando has led transformation initiatives from within global organizations such as AT&T, Heineken, Liberty Latin America, Estée Lauder, Motta Internacional, and Grainger, delivering impact across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and North America. He’s driven change in telecom, retail, logistics, consumer goods, and more — always bridging the gap between bold strategy and practical execution.

From designing BPM architectures that saved over $10M to automating 15+ core operations across 30 countries, his work delivers measurable, sustainable results — and more importantly, it lasts. It reshapes how organizations think, lead, and grow.
